Refund policy

INVENTORY ITEM RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
This category pertains to items that were already made and existed in inventory at time of purchase (in other words, NOT custom made/made-to-order for you).

Exchanges
Items from stock purchased with no modifications can be exchanged for 100% credit of the purchase price (excluding shipping) toward the purchase of another ring within the first 30 days of your receiving the ring.
Items from stock purchased with modifications can be exchanged for the purchase price paid, minus the cost of modifications and shipping, as credit toward the purchase of another item within the first 30 days of your receiving the ring.
Returns
Unaltered items can be returned within 30 days of your receiving the item for a full refund, minus shipping.
Items we modified for you (such as for finger size) can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving the item, minus shipping and a 5% re-stocking fee.
No returns/exchanges after 30 days of your receiving the item.
All jewelry must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration along with any GIA certificates included in your package.
We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of wear, has been altered in any way, or if the return is requested after 30 days of receipt.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEM RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Every item in this category is made or modified to fit your specific needs. Any return/exchange must be made within 14 days of your receiving the ring.

Exchanges
Items returned for credit toward the purchase of another item will receive 100% credit of the purchase price (excluding shipping) only within the first 14 days of receiving the ring. No exchanges can be made after 14 days.

Returns
Your item can be returned between 1 to 14 days of your receiving the item for a refund minus shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.
We cannot accept/re-stock any modified/made-to-order item after 14 days.
All jewelry must be returned in its original condition without any signs of wear or alteration along with any GIA certificates included in your package.
We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of wear, has been altered in any way, or if the return is requested after 14 days of receipt.
